This year marks the MGM Fire anniversary of 40 years. The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino had a devastating fire on November 21, 1980. Here is a little sneak peek into the making of the MGM Grand fire 40th anniversary episode.
It will actually be two episodes! I had originally set out to create a single episode to release in memory of those whose lives were lost in the tragic fire. Once I began the research it seemed like a daunting task to bring these episodes to the world. Upon reaching out to guests, I felt even more heaviness than I anticipated.
